Each person's mindset can be their greatest asset or obstacle. We will explore the thoughts and emotions that create blocks impacting how we communicate, how we show up and interact in our personal and professional lives and how we respond in a constructive and productive manner or not.
Glenda Watry will lead an interactive conversation on the power of our mindset and how the conscious and subconscious parts of our brains work to elevate or limit us. She will share practical strategies, tools and tips on how to recognize when your emotional blockers take you to an unproductive place and how to course correct. We will discuss four critical shifts in our conscious thinking:
• Recognizing what causes emotional blockers
• Consciously thinking and speaking to ourselves in an empowering way
• Consciously minimizing and eliminating trigger words
• Actively moving from a perfection mindset to a progress mindset
You will leave empowered to consciously think every day to live a fulfilling, creative and impactful life.
