Career Coffee: Finding Balance and Prioritizing Self Care
With work increasingly blending into life, particularly after more than a year of working from home, it’s more important than ever to find balance between taking care of your career, focusing on your mental health and looking after your physical health. In this month’s Career Coffee, we discuss tactics for juggling your work-life blend, preventing burnout and prioritizing yourself. The conversation will be led by Kim Johnson, the editorial director of events and special projects with Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal. As the editor of Better Than Ever, she has spent the past year speaking with Twin Cities executives about finding this balance.
The Career Coffee series is free to members and non-members, but space is limited.
